About Our Events

  •  Events are held in the Café de Art and/or the Creative Garden. 
  •  An art lesson is not required to host an event at Bella’s Wishes.  
  • Events must be scheduled two weeks in advance. 
  • Full use of the Café de Art and the Creative Garden
  • Eight counter height rectangle tables, each seats four.
  • One large rectangular bar height table, seats eight.
  • One (1) table for refreshments
  • One (1) dedicated event host 
  • One (1) Art Instructor for parties with an art project for up to 20.
  • Table decorations and balloons are permitted.  No decorations are allowed to be attached to the walls or other fixtures in any Bella’s Wishes space.
  • An event with an art lesson requires a minimum of six (6) participants, and a maximum of 20. Children’s birthday parties require a minimum of 10 participants, including the birthday honoree.

About Our Events

You are definitely most welcome to bring refreshments with you for your event/ celebration.  

Here are some things to consider:


  • Bella’s Wishes provides napkins, small plates, and plastic utensils that you are welcome to use,  or you may bring your own. 
  • Desserts (birthday cake or other) are the sole responsibility of the Event Host. 
  • Bella’s Wishes has an agreement with Deez Catering to provide all prepared and hot meals in our Café de Art. Deez Catering has menu options from simple snacks, appetizers and finger foods to box lunches and buffet meals. 
  • The Event Host may also choose to bring other food for their event, which is limited to finger foods, pizza and/or snacks. 
  • Bella’s Wishes does not have the facilities or ability to keep food warm and due to insurance regulations, we do not allow other caterers or hot meals or foods in crock pots in the Cafe de Art unless provided by Deez Catering.
  • We serve hot and iced teas, lemonade, water and Brother Andre’s Cafe coffee with flavored creamers and sweeteners to make a great cup of coffee. Beverages are $2.00 per person and refills are free. 
  • Adult parties may BYOB, however, Bella’s Wishes does not permit alcohol to be present at children’s birthday parties.

Costs and Refunds

  • All rental requests are confirmed on a first come, first served basis. 
  • Any event may be scheduled Sunday through Saturday, and may begin between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m.  
  • Rental fee : The rental fee for Bella’s Wishes is $100 per hour, with a minimum of two hours non-refundable deposit required. The remaining balance and any additional fees for beverages and art projects must be paid on the day of the event. 
  • Payment Methods: Bella’s Wishes accepts cash, checks with PA Driver’s License, and credit cards. Checks returned for insufficient funds will be assessed an additional fee of $35.00 and a different payment method is required. . 
  • Cancellation Policy. An Event Host who paid for the project costs and cancels more than seven calendar days prior to the  scheduled event will receive a refund of any payment toward the project costs. 
  • An Event Host who cancels less than seven calendar will not receive a refund of prepaid project costs. 

Children's Birthday Parties

  •  Thvent Host may estimate the number of attendees at the time of the reservation.  
  • A final count of attendees is required 10 days prior to the date of the event.  
  • Once confirmed, the Event Host is responsible for paying the fees for the total number of children, regardless of whether they attend or not.

  • Tic Tac Toe Bag with stones painted with acrylic paints
  • Sun Catcher made with tissue paper
  • Watercolor painting  on 8 x 10 watercolor paper (customizable)
  • Beaded bracelet on elastic cord
  • Painted rock with wire picture frame (picture of guest and birthday boy/girl included with each)

  Choose from one of the following art project lessons 

  • Acrylic painting (customizable)
  • Crocheted mug rug
  • Driftwood and bead hanging decoration/ chime
  • String painting on canvas (6 x 6 size canvases)
  • Wire wreath decorated with beads and a charm in middle (5 inch)

  • Ceramic figure or plate, acrylic painted and sprayed (not for food use)
  • Styrofoam carved stamp with either a tote or drawstring bag 
  • Paint a pot, pick a plant 
  • Wire wreath decorated with beads and a hanging jar in the middle for plant propagation or dry flowers  (8 inch)
