The Bella's Wishes Outdoor Art Market is the perfect event for local vendors, artist, and crafters.   

Our Outdoor Art Market is a fun event where artists, crafters, and small business owners showcase and sell their unique, handcrafted, or specialty goods directly to customers.   Here, you will find a diverse array of specialty items, art, and unique gifts. 

For shoppers, its a chance to "shop small in a BIG way!"  by supporting local artisans and small businesses who are the creative heart of our community.

Space is limited to only one vendor and no more than two (2) crafters of the same items.    All artists are welcome.

The Outdoor Art Market is held in "The Yard", also know as our parking lot, which is directly behind our building.

Enter lot from 4th Street to unload

The Yard faces 4th Street which is right off Route 65/Ohio River Blvd.  This is a high traffic location as it is within a couple blocks of the following popular Ambridge businesses:

• Do It Best
• 4th Street Beer
• Ambridge Eagles
• Fight or Flight Performance and Training
• Iron Horse Theater
• Perri's Barber Shop
• Maple Restaurant
• Ice Cream Therapy
• Altered Genius Brewing Co.
• Phillips Auto
• Vocelli Pizza

• Set up between  7:30 a.m. and  9 a.m. 
• You must provide your own tent, tables, and chairs.  Bring weights, not stakes.
• Rain or shine
• Help market the event by sharing on social media, telling your family, friends, coworkers, and neighbors and strangers. 

1. 10'x 10 outdoor space which will be assigned on a first-come/first-assigned basis.  
2. A flyer to post on social media 
3. A yard sign 
4. One box lunch for each registration and a hot or cold drink.  Additional lunches will be available for purchase, if desired. 

• A non-refundable space fee of $30.00 per space
• A refundable event deposit of  $20.00 which will be returned if you stay for the entire event and your space is left clean. 
• Individuals who leave early, for any reason, will forfeit the event deposit. 
• No shows will forfeit both the space fee and the event deposit.
• No raffle items are required.    There will be a raffle and the raffle item will be provided by Bella's Wishes.

All participants must:

1. Be ready for the event by 9:00 a.m..  You may begin setting up your assigned space on Saturday, October 4, 2025 at 7:30 a.m. 
2. Provide your own tent, tables, and chairs.  Bring weights, not stakes..
3. Provide any other special equipment and display materials.
4. Clean up their area at the close of the event and dispose of garbage in the proper trash containers. Any space left with garbage will forfeit the event deposit. 
5. Agree that Bella’s Wishes is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged equipment, materials,  merchandise.
6. Agrees to hold Bella's Wishes harmless statement which releases Bella's Wishes, their members, directors, employees, and agent against all suits, claims, demands and losses, including costs, expenses, and legal fees incurred as a result of any act or omission. 
7. Must agree to accept all liability and responsibility for any personal injury, property damage, loss, theft, or any other harm suffered by you or others arising from or otherwise incident to your participation in the Vendor and Crafts Showcase event at Bella's Wishes on October 4, 2025.
