Event will be held in the parking lot at the corner of Park Road and 4thStreet, Ambridge, PA directly behind Bella’s Wishes.

Process to Become a Vendor/Crafter

Space is limited to only one vendor and no more than 2 crafters of the same items.
Spaces will be awarded on a first come-first served basis.
Once approved, a registration form will be emailed to you and payment must be made online via credit card, or in person at Bella's Wishes via cash, check, or credit card.
Set up Saturday April 26, 2025 from 7:30 a.m. to 10 a.m.
Vendors must provide their own tables and chairs, and tents, if desired. If using a tent, the lot is partially paved and has some areas with gravel . Weights, not stakes, for tents are appropriate.
Vendors must provide any other special equipment and display materials.
Limited spots with electricity are available for an additional fee.
Send an email to create@bellaswishes.com with your name, address, telephone number, email address, a very specific list of your items to be sold, and pictures of your crafts or vendor items.
Participants are required to bring an item to donate to the Door Prize giveaway. The item must be new and have a value of $20 or more and does not necessarily need to be an item that you sell (can be a gift card, etc.). Bella's Wishes will prepare gift baskets for giveaways and details will be available on this website. .

Cost

$30.00 non-refundable space fee for each 10 x 10 space and a $20.00 refundable deposit.
The space fee includes a box lunch and a hot or cold drink from the Bella's Wishes Cafe de Art.
The $20.00 deposit will be returned at the conclusion of the event and after the individual vendor/craft space cleanup is complete.
Individuals who leave early, for any reason, will forfeit the deposit.
No shows will forfeit both the space fee and the deposit.

Bella’s Wishes and/or their affiliates will not be held responsible for any liability, lost, stolen or damaged merchandise or any injury incurred before/during or after the event.
Vendors are responsible for leaving the area in the same cleanliness condition as they found it. Failure to clean up the area will result in a forfeiture of the deposit. Garbage cans will be provided.
You will receive a confirmation email/call when your completed registration/contract and payment is received (approved or not).
